ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûwill hold a one-day colloquium on 'Shaping the curriculum for a global university' on 23 June 2009. The colloquium will bring together colleagues from across the ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûcommunity to explore how departments are developing curricula that are international in scope and which embody UCL's global citizenship principles.

The programme will include presentations from ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûstaff on various approaches to the internationalised curriculum, opportunities for discussion and debate and a poster exhibition.

Internationalisation of the curriculum is an important strategic objective for UCL, and a key element of the Global Citizenship agenda. The term refers to the process by which ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûis developing its practice to ensure that students develop the attributes, skills and knowledge that will equip them for the demands of the twenty-first century.

For details on how to submit an abstract for a presentation and other information, follow the links at the top of the page (ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûstaff login necessary).
